Senior QA Engineer, Remote Role

• Work on an Agile Scrum team as the lead QA Engineer
• Create and execute test plans for Epics & User Stories
• Build QA Process, coordinating and leading less senior QA engineers
• Work closely with engineers to ensure that the spectrum of testing from unit to UAT is performed with each release
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure that testing reflects the design goals for each user story
• Perform manual testing
• Create automated tests
• Help create an automated quality surround for the software
• Work in an environment that supports your individual growth

Requirements

• You have a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in computer science or a related field.
• You are a competent coder in Python.
• You are a persistent, relentless tester.
• You have a tester’s mentality and the ability to spot real problems in a sea of data
• You have experience with Selenium and/or other automated test tools.
• You have a desire to be at a Silicon Valley start-up, with the desire and commitment that requires.
• You are able to enjoy working on a remote, distributed team and are a natural collaborator.
